XT: What accomplishment are you most proud of: 
Being awarded the Colorado Sportswoman of the Year for Triathlon -2 years in a row (2006, 2007).

XT: When you’re not racing, you like to:
Hang out with Circ and a nice bottle of wine from the cellar.

XT: What’s the craziest experience you’ve ever had with XTERRA (traveling, racing or training)?
I had to thaw out the water line to our RV the day before the USA Nationals last year due to the freezing temps the night before.  Fortunately the sun came out to lend some heat!

XT: What’s the best thing about racing?
The people you meet, the places you go and the accomplishment of crossing the finish line!

XT: What is the coolest piece of gear you own?
My Moots mountain bike.

XT: What is your favorite quote or words of wisdom?
When life hands you lemons, ask for tequila and salt and call me over!!  Live More!

XT: Role model/Inspiration/Favorite athlete:
Karen Smyers

XT: What do you do when you aren't training/racing?
Spend time with my family and friends, remodel the house, landscape the yard, eat, drink and sleep!

XT: Which XTERRA races do you plan to attend this year?
Races in CO, NM, AZ, SD, UT, NV and HI - some old favorites and some new ones!

XT: Favorite XTERRA venue:
Probably USA Nationals at Lake Tahoe but there is something great about all of them.

XT: Dreaded XTERRA venue:
I don't think Dread and XTERRA belong in the same sentence!

XT: Top 3-8 racing accomplishments:
My 3 XTERRA World and National Champion titles.

XT: What’s your favorite aspect of XTERRA?
Definitely the people - the staff, volunteers, competitors and significant others - XTERRA draws one of the best crowds to hang out with.

XT: Define / describe XTERRA:
XTERRA keeps my life in balance - it reduces stress, worries are forgotten and the insanity reigns free!
