What equipment do I need?

The basic requirements for podcasting are a computer (PC or Mac), podcasting software (see below) and an Internet connection. For portability, an iPod or other digital media player is needed.

How do I get started?

Simply download and install podcasting software onto your computer. Currently the XTERRA Podcast is only supported on Apple iTunes. We will make our podcast feed available to other podcasting applications in the near future. Although applications vary, each should provide instructions on how to add podcast feeds to your list. To subscribe to our FREE iTunes Podcast feed, click the subscribe button below. You will be directed to our iTunes podcast storefront. If you do not have iTunes installed on your computer we have provided the link for you. The software is free and is available for either MAC or PC platforms.

Then, just check for the new podcasts and files of your selected programs that will be on your computer and, if you are set up, on your portable media player.

If you want to receive these programs regularly, make sure the scheduling function on your podcasting software is set to search for new podcasts automatically.

1. Copy the link below (PC users: right click and select "Copy Shortcut," Mac users: control/click and then select "Copy")

2. Subscribe using iTunes. (Note: For users using current versions of Internet Explorer or Mozilla Firefox, press the "Subscribe to iTunes" button below for one click subscription. You will be asked to verify your iTunes installation and redirected to our iTunes podcast start page.)

• Launch iTunes
• Under the Advanced menu item, select Subscribe to Podcast
• Paste the podcast URL in the field provided
• The XTERRA Podcast will appear in the Podcast section of iTunes
