ONLINE REGISTRATION CLOSED BUT YOU CAN STILL REGISTER ON-SITE
You can register and pick up your race packet and have friends/family sign up for the trail run on the following days and times – Thursday from 2-5 p.m.; Friday from 2-5 p.m.; Saturday from 8:30 a.m.-1:30 p.m.; Sunday from 6:30-7:30 a.m. (Sunday is for packet pick-up only, as there will be no race-day sign-ups). Bring your ID.
Note: You must be present to receive your award. Awards will not be mailed after the event. Headphones are not allowed to be worn by runners.
Event t-shirts are guaranteed for all athletes registering by March 30.
Walk-ups and registrations after April 1 are not guaranteed a t-shirt.

Benefiting Leukemia and Lymphoma Society of Southern Nevada
The desert trails are once again welcoming all runners to the XTERRA Lake Las Vegas Trail Run. This unique race is held on a desert course just off the Aston MonteLago Village Resort. The combination of hard-packed sand, loose rocks of various sizes, and a lack of forestation has led some runners to describe it as "like running on the moon." And yet, it is only 17 miles away from the bright lights of the Las Vegas Strip.
All age-group winners for the 21K course will receive a free entry to the XTERRA Trail Run World Championship in Hawaii in December. There are also 10K and 5K courses for the entire family to enjoy.
The top three competitors in each age group will win awards. For more information call 877-XTERRA-1. Note: You must be present to receive your award. Awards will not be mailed after the event.
COURSE DESCRIPTION
This terrain is challenging but fun. The climbs are long and steep, the descent's are fast and rocky. It is extremely hardpacked but rocky. There is no significant, loose, deep or prolonged sand on this course. The shorter distance 5/10km trail runs will have a mixture of graded trail and paved paths through the surrounding Lake Las Vegas area making these runs fun for the entire family.
