XTERRA is for all! Of course in the race will be top Professional and amateur athletes from all over the world, but that does not mean that the race is only for good athletes. Anyone with a relatively good physical condition can participate, experience a unique race, enjoy participation, set new goals. A Medical certificate is prerequisite and you can register by filling the special form, where one can also find the terms and conditions.

Also don’t forget that you can participate as a Team Relay with friends, group of people, and teams of 2-3 people. Each athlete will participate in one or in two sports.

According to new legislation, every Greek athlete, in order to participate in any triathlon race, is required to hold an athlete's Health Card* and an athlete's card from the Triathlon Federation of Greece.
These must be shown to the secretariat.

Exceptionally, in case of no athlete's card, the athlete will issue a daily entry (Day Pass), at a cost of € 10,-

* For issuing an Athlete Health Card:

• Print the Athlete Health Card

• Fill in your details and place a photo in the special place

• You are examined by cardiologist ONLY, who can sign it

• You show it when you come to the secretariat of the race or send it electronically at [email protected]

The athlete's Health Card, according to N4479/17 is mandatory and is a prerequisite for participation in all competitions of the Federation, is a personal document of the athlete and is not linked to the sports card. The Athlete Health Card is valid for one year from her visa.

In case you don't have a valid athlete's card from your country's federation, a day pass of 10 euro will be asked in order to participate at the race. PLEASE READ CAREFULLY ABOUT THE DAY PASS PURCHASE

Yes, a team of 2-3 athletes can participate as a Team Relay both in Sprint and Full Distance of XTERRA Greece.

Postponing to the next event is the first, foremost, and most cost-effective choice of registered athletes.

Cancellation of participation cannot be considered if it is submitted less than 50 days before the event.

The refund could be accepted only if a valid Medical Certification is uploaded already.
The refund of the registration fee is:

• Full Distance: € 50 for Individual Registration and € 75 for Relay

• Sprint Distance: € 20 for Individual Registration and € 30 for Relay

In case of event cancellation due to force majeure, it has been planned the right to purchase a refund, at a cost of € 16, regardless of the number of athlete’s participations in different races of the same event. If an athlete has purchased this right, he/she will be refunded the full amount received by the organization for their registration in the races.

Cancelation requests apart from Triathlon races, will not be accepted.

The XTERRA World Championship is an annual, invite-only event in which participants must qualify by winning age group slots at qualifying events.

Official qualification distances:

• Adults (20+): Full Distance

• Youth B (16-17) and Junior (18-19): Sprint Distance

• Youth A (14-15): Super Sprint
