In the days before the race, we head out to explore the trails and coastlines together. Led by XTERRA coaches, pros, and ambassadors, these sessions are designed to get extra time on the trails during your time in Dunsborough, explore areas the race may not take you, get questions answered by some of the best in the sport, and spend time with a community that shares your passion.
These are no-pressure swim, bike, and run sessions. They are an invitation to learn the course and discover a few areas of the regional park that you might not otherwise see. We welcome all registered athletes and friends to join us, with select sessions ending with a community coffee and chat. These moments are where we really connect, trading stories and catching up before the starting gun goes off.
Check the schedule for times and meet up points, especially those that end in a coffee stop. For trail run sessions, all you’ll need is your shoes and some water. For MTB sessions, just bring your bike, helmet, and enough hydration to get you through.
