On October 20, 2024, the 2nd O-SEE CaniCross competition will take place in Oybin. It is an exciting sporting event where runners and their dogs race together through the picturesque landscape of the Zittau Mountains in the Naturpark Zittauer Gebirge. The race, which is part of the O-SEE UltraTrail, currently includes two different distances - 3km and 6km.
In CaniCross, participants run with their dogs, who are connected by a special harness, a flexible leash, and a waist belt. The harmonious cooperation and communication between human and dog is of crucial importance. The competition not only promotes physical fitness but also strengthens the bond between the teams.
