From the beginning of my personal practice I sought to understand the mechanisms of performance. I followed a STAPS course, with the numerous internships that it involves, trained for several years in different triathlon and swimming clubs, met and exchanged with numerous coaches, had numerous feedback from athletes. I then turned to distance training to allow me to juggle my constraints. But I have been in this training environment for over 10 years.

Philosophy

My approach to training is based on the pleasure of practicing in the 3 disciplines. Then depending on your priorities, and your constraints, I adjust the volume and intensity, but I always try to make the sessions pleasant, which in no way prevents me from being rigorous in carrying out the session, and bring a lot of importance to concentration during training. I also try to leave a certain freedom, and encourage the autonomy of athletes.
