Whilst having mentored and supported a handful of pro athletes, the bulk of successes have been with high-performing age group athletes. These have included ITU World Championship podium, National Triathlon & Aquathlon age group champions; Ironman 70.3 podiums in New Zealand and abroad; and numerous qualifications to XTERRA World Championship and ITU World Championship events.

My coaching philosophy is uniquely athlete-centric. The purpose is to make athletes more knowledgeable and better equipped to make smarter decisions themselves, as ultimately the athlete is most intuitive about themselves. The eventual outcome is far more rewarding and sustaining.
