This event is cancelled for 2025 due to trail closures. Please contact todd@bigblueadventure.com for more information. This is the all-time classic off-road triathlon course. Racers begin with a 1,500-meter swim from a sandy beach in Lake Tahoe, one of North America’s purest and deepest lakes. The bike stage tests racers’ skills and fitness levels. It starts with a gradual sandy climb up Tunnel Creek. After emerging from Tunnel Creek, racers join the epic Flume Trail, which hugs the mountainside and offers stunning views of Lake Tahoe.
