How can people volunteer?

Join us and be part of a fantastic international event weekend with some of the best athletes from all over the world swimming, biking, and running. If you are able to volunteer for part or all of the event, email xterra.peru.oficial@gmail.com for more information.

What is the best way to travel there?

The best way to get to Peru is via Lima, the capital, and Jorge Chavez International Airport (Callao). It takes just 20 minutes to get to the capital and 30 minutes to the Morro Solar event in Chorrillos.

It is not necessary to rent a vehicle, everything is very close, airport, hotels, restaurant, event location, hospitals, clinics, shopping centers.

What is the refund policy?

XTERRA PERU REFUND POLICY OCTOBER 11 AND 12, 2025

Registered athletes who participate in the XTERRA PERU race in any of the categories may request a refund of their registration fee, as long as the following conditions are met:

1. If the athlete requests the cancellation of their registration before December 31, 2024, one hundred percent (100%) of the registration fee will be refunded, less ten percent (10%) for financial and administrative expenses.

2. If the athlete requests the cancellation of their registration between January 1, 2025 and March 30, 2025, fifty percent (50%) of the registration fee will be refunded.

3. Requests submitted after April 1, 2025 will not be refunded under any circumstances, including medical incapacity, travel problems, etc.

Refunds will be transferred to the bank account provided by the athlete within 15 days.

Note: Considering that the organization and logistics of the race incur costs and expenses that depend on the number of registered participants, all registered athletes are explicitly informed that cancellation requests will not be accepted outside the established dates and/or based on circumstances such as medical incapacity, travel problems, among others.

Registrations are not transferable to other events organized in Peru or XTERRA PLANET.
