Offering a taste of the adventure that comes with its full-distance counterpart, the sprint triathlon kicks off with a 450-meter swim in Lake Travis before heading into the hills for a 12K mountain bike ride. Transitioning from the bike to foot, a fast but challenging 4K run through the trails of Pace Bend Park completes the final leg. This distance also serves as the XTERRA Youth World Championship qualifier.

Off-Road Sprint Triathlon and Duathlon Awards
1st-3rd place overall men/women*
*If field size is greater than 50 for the sprint triathlon or duathlon, age-group awards will be handed out.
*Must be present to receive awards.

Event will be held rain or shine, no refunds. Registration insurance is available through RunSignup.
Entries include:
Race day park entrance fee for participants. Spectators will be charged $5 per person. Children ages 12 years and under are free.
A well-marked course with aid stations that include hydration and snacks.
Chipped timed event.
Race shirt guaranteed in requested size for participants that register by 4/8. For registrations after 4/8, limited shirts will be available while supplies last.
Post-race food for participants.
For participants 21 years and older, post-race beer will be available.
XTERRA swim cap (triathlon only).
