Included in price: Timing services, race packet (bike plate, run bib, tattoo set, attachments, dinner ticket, race plans), ticket for the bufet award dinner (Saturday evening), aid stations (6) and post race food zone entry, complimentary shuttle from Bad Aussee to Altaussee on the race day, finisher merchandise, gifts from race partners.

Relay teams: In the price there is included all mechandise and foodtickets for all 3 team members.

Cancellation Policy

Refunds

• Up to 4 months before race day: 100% refund (minus administrative fee).

• Up to 90 days before race day: 50% refund.

• No refunds will be issued within the last 90 days before race day, except in the case of death.

Transfers

• Registrations may be transferred up to 30 days before race day.

• Each transfer is subject to a 50 EUR transfer fee.

• No transfers will be processed within the last 30 days before race day, except in the case of death.

Organizer’s Rights

• The organizer reserves the right to cancel individual registrations or the entire event in cases of extreme or unforeseen circumstances.

• In such cases, no refunds will be provided.

Force Majeure:

The event organizers shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform any obligation under this agreement if the delay or failure is caused by any circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government action, or natural disasters.

By registering for the triathlon event, participants agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this cancellation policy.

Data Protection and Privacy Policy

By registering for XTERRA Austria 2026, athletes agree to the collection and processing of their personal data (such as name, contact details, and race performance information) by the organizer.

• Data Sharing

  The organizer may share collected athlete data with event partners and with XTERRA Sports Unlimited (operating the global XTERRA brand via xterraplanet.com) for the purpose of improving services, communication, athlete experience, and event organization.

• Data Protection (GDPR)

  Participation in the race is conditional upon athletes providing consent to the collection and processing of their personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

• Data Retention and Deletion

  Athletes have the right to request the deletion of their personal data at any time. Such requests should be sent to: [email protected]

• Organizer’s Rights

  The organizer reserves the right to use anonymized data for statistical and analytical purposes.
