CANCELATION POLICY
With Cancelation Pack
Cancelation pack must be taken out at the time of registration and cannot be taken out later (10€).
Cancelation and 100% refund of the registration amount (excluding administration fees) possible until June 1 2026.
Cancelation and refund possible for personal reasons without proof or due to the cancelation of the event.
A postponement to the following edition is not possible.
Transfer of registration to another participant possible until June 5 2026
Without Cancelation Pack
Cancelation possible until May 6 2026 with partial refund (20€).
Transfer of registration to another participant possible until June 5 2026 (15€ administration fee).
A postponement to the following edition is not possible.
Distance Transfer
Distance demotion: Any request will be accepted until June 5 2026.
In the event of a distance downgrade, the difference in registration price cannot be refunded.
