Cycling for a full-distance triathlon will be 14K x 2 loops. The ride will begin from Begnas, the race venue. Initially, we start on the road, and as we cross the main road of Begnas Lake, we transition to off-road jeep tracks along the water canal. We ride through a small village and begin climbing to the top of the hill. The trails will be a mix of paved road and off-road at the start, but as we progress, it will be mostly off-road double tracks. The ride will be scenic as we pass through farmlands and small jungle sections along the way. There are loose rocks and challenging trails in between, so make sure you prepare for it. The loop then returns to the Begnas Lake area, from where you go for another round to complete the distance.

We cross the dam and begin our ascent toward the hilltop. From there, the trail descends to the fishery, where we climb again to reach another hill’s summit, the highest point of the course. Keep an eye out for the stunning Himalayan views. The trail then winds through the jungle to another lake, offering refreshing single tracks around its perimeter. After circling the lake, we head up a small hill, leading to single tracks through a village. The loop combines single tracks and double tracks for a diverse running experience.
