Cycling for the Sprint distance triathlon will cover a 14K loop. The ride kicks off at Begnas, our race venue. Starting on paved roads, we quickly transition to off-road jeep tracks after crossing Begnas Lake's main road. The route takes us through a quaint village and then up a hill. Initially, the trails are a mix of paved and off-road, but they soon turn into primarily off-road double tracks. As we ride, we'll be treated to scenic views of farmlands and small jungle sections. Expect loose rocks and challenging paths along the way, so come prepared. The loop circles back to the Begnas Lake area to complete the cycling segment.

As we cross the dam, we approach the running trail, a blend of single tracks and open jeep tracks. Our first challenge is the ascent to the hill near Begnas, passing through a quaint lakeside settlement. The climb transitions into a downhill run towards the fishery. The single track loop around the lake will guide us back towards a small hill, leading us through beautiful single tracks and jeep tracks winding through farmlands and settlements. The journey concludes at the official race venue, where the finish line awaits.
