RULES & INFO

The information below may be from a previous edition of the event, and is subject to change.

The full distance duathlon gives racers a chance to explore the terrain that northwest Ontario has to offer without having to get your feet wet. As challenging as the full distance triathlon, the duathlon course is challenging, it begins with a trail run on double track trails. The bike course will be within the Trowbridge Forest providing challenging terrain that utilizes the mesa rock formations that were once islands in a massive inland sea a millennia ago. The run will make use of the of a network of dozens of kilometers of trails that local runners have used for decades finishing in Kinsman Park.

NOTE: This event has separate T1 & T2. Transition #1 is at Boulevard Lake. Transition #2 is at Kinsmen Park
