  • For the Marathon event you have to be 18 years of age or older on race day to compete.

  • All athletes must carry compulsory gear at all times.

    • Emergency Whistle

    • Emergency Bag

    • Thermal Top

  • Poles are allowed

  • Headphones and earphones are allowed but must not be noise cancelling and must be at a level you can hear instructions from Marshals and other participants and trail users.
