Awards Ceremony/Dinner (Full Distance Athletes)
Following the 2026 Asia-Pacific Championship, all Full Distance triathletes will be treated to a community-themed dinner featuring speeches, live music, special presentations, and award ceremonies for top performing age groupers and Elites. There will also be the much anticipated race day highlight video, announcements for new upcoming events, and the chance for one-and-all to connect with friends both new and old.

When: Saturday, Doors open at 6:30pm

Full Distance Triathlon
The Full Distance Triathlon will award this year's 2026 XTERRA Asia-Pacific Champions. This race also constitutes the Cross Tri Australian Championships. Please continue reading to see details about Cross Tri Australian Championship below.

Full Distance Triathlon - Individual
Top 10 Elite male/female winners will be awarded cash prizes according to the Elite prize purse table here.
Top 3 of each male/female age group will be awarded a trophy.
Each age group winner is eligible to compete at the 2026 XTERRA World Championship held in Ruidoso, USA. Slots for each age group are listed here.
A confirmation letter for the World Championship Qualifier will be sent via email.
Only those from within the APAC region will be in contention to be crowned as the 2026 XTERRA Asia-Pacific Champion and these winners will receive an APAC jersey.
Full Distance Triathlon - Team Relay
Trophies will be awarded to each member of the first place relay team in the following categories:

Cross Tri Australian Championships Presentation Details:
Where: Stage at the Expo Area
When: 12:45pm
The Full Distance Triathlon also constitutes the Cross Tri Australian Championships. Athletes wishing to compete for the title of Cross Tri Australian Champion must be standard or premium Aus Triathlon member by midnight on Thursday 26th of March 2026. Age categories for the Cross Tri Australian Championships are the same as for the XTERRA APAC Championships (being 5 year categories based on your age on December 31st, 2026).
Medals will be presented to Elite and Age Category Champions during presentations at 12:45pm on Saturday at the stage in the event expo area. Successful athletes may may seek national selection for the 2026 World Triathlon Age Group Multisport World Championships.
XTERRA Youth Tour
A natural stepping stone to the XTERRA World Tour, the Youth Tour offers triathletes aged 14-19 an array of qualifying races around the world, where top age group athletes are awarded slots to compete on the biggest stage of them all at the XTERRA Youth World Championship. Youth A 14-15 yrs (Super Sprint Triathlon)
Top 3 in each male/female age group will be awarded a trophy.
Only those from within the APAC region will be in contention to be crowned as the 2026 XTERRA Asia-Pacific Champion and these winners will receive an APAC jersey.
The top 5 athletes in the Youth A category (14-15yrs.) are eligible to compete at the 2026 XTERRA Youth World Championship held in Ruidoso, USA. A confirmation letter for the World Championship Qualifier will be sent via email.
Youth B & Junior (Sprint Triathlon)
Top 3 in each male/female age group will be awarded a trophy.
Only those from within the APAC region will be in contention to be crowned as the 2026 XTERRA Asia-Pacific Champion and these winners will receive an APAC jersey.
The top 5 athletes in the Youth B and Junior category (16-17, 18-19 yrs.) are eligible to compete at the 2026 XTERRA Youth World Championship held in Ruidoso, USA. A confirmation letter for the World Championship Qualifier will be sent via email.

The Top 1 of each age group (male and female) from 15-19 and upwards will receive a trophy; 2nd and 3rd place will get a medal.
Each age group winners are eligible to compete at the 2026 XTERRA Trail Run World Championship to be held in Gozo, Malta. Slots for each age group are listed here.
A confirmation letter for the Trail Run World Championship Qualifier will be sent via email.

10K Trail Run
Top 1 Overall male/female winners will be given a trophy.
Resting Area
Once competitors have finished their respective races, there will be an XTERRA tent for athletes to sit and have free post-race snacks. Physiotherapy sessions are available from B4Lane Physiotherapy on a user pay basis. Competitors can also collect their post-race items, such as finisher medals.
