Most of the time I worked as a junior or age class trainer in triathlon, running and swimming. Many of my athletes achieved numerous top placements in German championships, junior series up to the vice world champion at the Xterra World Championships on Maui in the age group.

Philosophy

My philosophy is the love of sport and over 20 years of experience as a coach and athlete, embedded in the social environment of job and family. Experience highs and lows together to enjoy these most beautiful moments when you reach the finish line.
