

Back for 2027, this off-road triathlon starts and finishes at Table Rock State Park in picturesque Branson, Missouri. This is a rugged course which utilizes the White River Valley Trail System. Athletes will be faced with a fun and challenging adventure.

The race-start location is at Table Rock State Park; there will be plenty of signs to follow. The finish will take place at the Red Loop Trail Head on the White River Valley Trail system, approximately .25 miles away. Parking for the event will be the parking lots at just inside the park by the boat launch area. There will be plenty of signs and you may be directed where to park when you arrive.

XTERRA TRADEMARKS AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

1. XTERRA® Trademarks
XTERRA® is a registered trademark. All XTERRA names, logos, event names, graphics, designs, and all related trademarks and intellectual property rights are and shall remain the exclusive property of XTERRA Global LLC and its affiliated entities.
Any use, reproduction, publication, distribution, commercial exploitation, or communication of the XTERRA trademarks or any images, footage, recordings, or other content relating to an XTERRA Event must comply with XTERRA's Intellectual Property policies and, where required, receive the prior written authorization of XTERRA Global LLC.
2. Intellectual Property
The Events are the exclusive property of XTERRA Global LLC ("XTERRA Global"), XTERRA Global LLC's subsidiaries, and, with respect to Events licensed to third-party organizers, XTERRA Global LLC's authorized licensees (collectively, "XTERRA").
XTERRA owns all rights associated with the Events, including, without limitation, the exclusive rights to organize, promote, exploit (whether commercially or non-commercially), broadcast, film, livestream, record, distribute, reproduce, license, archive, and otherwise exploit the Events in any format or media now existing or hereafter developed.
XTERRA's rights extend to all photographs, audio recordings, video recordings, digital content, livestreams, broadcasts, and any other audiovisual or digital media captured in connection with an Event or any Event venue, including, without limitation, the Race course, regardless of the ownership or type of the recording device used.
All personal data provided by athletes or spectators in connection with an Event are collected in accordance with the XTERRA’s applicable Privacy Policy and the applicable Data Protection Law. Event-generated data, including without limitation race results, rankings, timing information, images, video recordings, broadcasts, and other Event content, are protected under XTERRA's intellectual property and commercial rights and may only be used in accordance with XTERRA's policies and applicable law.
Athletes and spectators may create and share personal, non-commercial content relating to an Event where permitted under these rules and the applicable Event rules. Such personal use does not grant any right to use XTERRA's trademarks, official Event content, or other XTERRA intellectual property for commercial, promotional, sponsored, monetized, professional, or other unauthorized purposes or to infringe or otherwise violate the rights of any third party, where applicable.
3. Illegal Equipment – Recording Devices
3.1 General Rule
Unless expressly authorized in writing by XTERRA Global LLC, the Event Organizer, or an official XTERRA Global LLC media team Representative, , athletes shall not use any device capable of capturing, recording, transmitting, or livestreaming photographs, audio, video, or any other visual or digital content while participating in the Race.
Prohibited devices include, without limitation, cameras, action cameras, helmet-mounted cameras, body-mounted cameras, smart glasses (including Meta® glasses or similar Equipment), wearable cameras, drones, or any other device specifically designed or intended for recording, transmitting or livestreaming Event-related content.
Mobile phones may be carried where required or permitted by the Event Organizer for safety or emergency purposes. Except as expressly permitted below for Trail Running Events, mobile phones may not be used during the Race to record, capture, publish, transmit, livestream, or otherwise create Event-related content.
3.2 Specific Rule for Trail Running Events
For Trail Running Events only, athletes may use a mobile phone to take occasional photographs or short videos for personal, non-commercial purposes, including sharing such content on their personal social media accounts, provided that such use does not compromise the safety of the athlete or any other person, interfere with other athletes or the operation of the Event, or otherwise disrupt the Race.
This limited permission for personal, non-commercial use does not extend to action cameras, helmet-mounted cameras, body-mounted cameras, wearable cameras, smart glasses (including Meta® glasses or similar equipment), drones, or any other device specifically designed or intended for continuous, professional, immersive, or systematic recording, capturing, transmitting, or livestreaming of Event-related content. Such devices remain prohibited unless expressly authorized in writing by XTERRA Global LLC.
Any professional, commercial, sponsored, monetized, systematic, continuous, or otherwise organized recording, livestreaming, publication, distribution, licensing, or exploitation of Event-related content requires the prior written authorization of XTERRA Global LLC, the Event Organizer, or an official XTERRA Global LLC media team Representative.
3.3 Enforcement and Intellectual Property Rights
Any athlete found using such a device during the Race may be disqualified and may be required to cease the recording or transmission immediately.
XTERRA further reserves all rights and remedies available under applicable intellectual property laws with respect to any unauthorized capture, use, publication, distribution, or commercial exploitation of Event content.
