What does race entry include?

Entry to a race includes the following:

Personal accident insurance for all routes.
Liquid and solid refreshments.
Bib for all courses.
Chip for time control for Marathon, Long and Short Trail.
Electronic timing by the company TotalCrono.
Hot baths available in the sports hall and/or swimming pools.
Event T-Shirt.
Other gifts that the organization may collect.

What is the best way to travel there?

The most common way for people to travel the venue is either by car or by train. There are trains that stops at the station at 9:08 am from Lisbon and 8:48 am from Tomar!

What is the refund policy?

No refunds or returns of entries will be made. It will be possible to change registration between courses. To do so, you should contact the Organization via the e-mail xterraportugal@gmail.com. If the amount is higher, the difference will be charged. If the value is lower, the difference will not be refunded.

The event may be suspended or canceled by decision of official entities, such as Civil Protection , GNR, MAI, ICNF. Suspension or cancellation may also be decided by the Regional Health Delegate for public health reasons. In any of the situations of cancellation for reasons of force majeure described above, subscribers will see their registration transferred to the next edition or will be refunded as follows:

October 15 , 2022: 50% of the amount paid;

• Cancellation between October 16th and November 4th , 2022: 30% of the amount paid;

• Cancellation after November 4th , 2022: no refund.
