Age
Athletes competing in the 10K Trail Run must be 12 years old by December 31, 2024.
Athletes competing in the 5K Trail Run must be 8 years old by December 31, 2024.
Athletes competing in the 3K Trail Run must be 5 years old by December 31, 2024.
Athletes competing in the 1K Trail Run must be 3 years old by December 31, 2024 or accompagnied by an adult.
Conduct
Athletes are responsible for knowing the course route.
Athletes must follow all posted race signs and obey all race officials.
