RACE HQ – The Dunsborough Country Club

The friendly folks at the Dunsborough and Districts Country Club welcome the XTERRA event with open arms and are our hosts for the weekend.

Parking Info:

• Race Administration, Expo Area, and Finish Line

  The event centre - incorporating the event expo, race registration, and finish line will be on the 18th Fairway on the Country Club’s golf course, located approximately 100m from the Country Club buildings. The T2 bike > run transition is immediately adjacent to the event centre. 

• The Bike Shed Expo Stand - Servicing & Support

  Dunsborough’s local bike shop, The Bike Shed, will be available to provide support and any last-minute bike-related items. Graham will be around the event at times or can be found at his shop at 1/10 Clark St, Dunsborough, or contact him via (08) 9759 1495 or via Facebook if you need assistance with your bike.

• Event Expo Area

  There will be an extensive range of food stands set up in the event expo area, including: Petite Blue, Ice Queen, Raw Juice, Safron Star, Hooked up and Smashed Burgers.

• 4Lane Physiotherapy Onsite

  4Lane Physiotherapy will be onsite in the event expo to service and support athletes with any injury concerns of issues during the following times:  Saturday: 10am – 3pm and Sunday: 10am – 1pm. 

  Available at the event will be:

  • Injury Assessment & Advice

  • Stretch & Recovery Station

  • 15-minute Sports Massage or Injury Assessment – $30

  • Taping – $15

  Outside these times visit their local clinic at 70 Commonage Rd in Dunsborough where they provide acute and chronic injury treatment, sports injury management, and exercise rehabilitation services. • Simon Billeau Athlete’s Shop

  Simon will be set up in the event expo with a store selling ‘everything a triathlete and off-road enthusiast need or can dream of’! with a range of bike spares (tyres, helmets, tubes, helmets) and running gear (belts, camelbak...). Make sure you drop past and say g’day!

Awards Ceremony Dinner for Full Distance Athletes

Following the 2026 XTERRA Asia-Pacific Championship, all Full Distance triathletes will be treated to a community-themed dinner featuring speeches, live music, special presentations, and award ceremonies for top performing age groupers and Elites. There will also be the much anticipated race day highlight video, announcements for new upcoming events, and the chance for one-and-all to connect with friends both new and old.

All Full Distance triathletes will receive a complimentary ticket in their race pack. Family and friends are welcome to join. Forr additional tickets, you can purchase them through ACTIVE by going to MyEvents > Purchase Merchandise.
