Anyone can participate as long as they are of the minimum age and have an international triathlon license. If you do not have a license, you will need to subscribe to a daily license at the time of registration. There is a different minimum legal age for each race.
The Full Distance event will be the race counting for the 2024 Belgian Cross Triathlon Championship. At the end of the event, the Belgian Champion as well as the Belgian age group champions will be designated.
To participate in the Belgian Cross Triathlon Championship:
The athlete must be licensed with the Belgian federation (LF3 or 3VL) and be of Belgian nationality.
The registration file must be complete, meaning that the valid license must be uploaded in the registration file by May 21, 2024, at the latest. After this deadline, it will no longer be possible to modify your registration file to take part in the Belgian Championship. If you have taken out one-day insurance before receiving your license number, no refund will be allowed. However, it will be possible to update your registration file by uploading your license and entering your license number.

Wearing a suit is mandatory if the water temperature is below 16 ° C
Wearing a suit is not compulsory if the water temperature is between 16 ° C and 23 ° C
Over 23 ° C, the wearing of the suit is prohibited.
A temperature reading will be taken on the morning of the event by the referees.
We cannot predict the temperature in advance.
The final decision will be communicated on the day of the race.
You can rent a wetsuit from our partner directly on NJUKO when you register.
The suit will be available on race day at the Infinitri stand in the exhibitors' village.
The single rental price is 45€.
A deposit of €100 and the loan of your identity card will be required when you collect your wetsuit. The deposit and your ID card will be returned to you when the suit is returned.
Sizes are different for men and women.
Intermediate sizes are available to ensure that the suit fits you perfectly.
In the event of cancellation, reimbursement of wetsuit hire is subject to the conditions set out in the cancellation pack. If you have not subscribed to the cancellation pack, you will not receive any refund.
Wetsuits can be booked while stocks last (limited stock).
Mountain bikes only are allowed.

Any change request will be accepted until May 31, 2023.
In the event of a distance downgrade, the difference in registration price cannot be refunded if you have not taken the cancellation pack
In the event of an increase in distance, the difference in amount must be paid.
Yes, you can do it yourself via the "my data" tab on the registration form until May 21, 2024. You enter your reference number and you can change all the data. You will be charged an administrative fee of 15 euros.
If you have subscribed to the cancellation pack, please send an email to info@xterra-belgium.com so that this procedure can be carried out by the organization without extra administrative costs.
1 - Go to the Esplanade de la Citadelle (XTERRA village) and pick up your race number pack at the race secretariat.
2 - Go to the transition park located on the Esplanade to drop off your running gear. No bags are allowed in the bike park.
A locker will be available on the Esplanade to deposit bags.
3 - Get off at the bike park located at the Engineering Barracks where the race start will be given.
To get off, athletes use their bikes and take their swimming and cycling equipment with them using the plastic bag they receive in their race number pack.
On this bag, they will have stuck a sticker with their bib number. This sticker is also provided by the organization.
4 - They install their bike case (bike/shoes/helmet/etc.) in the bike park at their own place (numbered place).
5 - They go to the swim start to take the start.
6 - Once the swim is over, in the transition park, place the swimming equipment in the bag provided by the organization and get equipped for the bike part.
7 - The bag with the athletes' equipment is then brought back by our volunteers in the transition park of the Esplanade. Athletes can then pick up their bags as soon as the race is over.
