LICENSE INFORMATION

• If you are licensed by a federation recognized by the International Triathlon Federation for the year 2025, please indicate your license number in the registration form. That license number will be verified by the federation when withdrawing your bib.

• If you are not licensed by a federation recognized by the International Triathlon Federation for the year 2025, you must buy a one-day license when registering. Once bought, the cost of the one-day license will not be refunded.

NOTE: if you do not currently own a triathlon license but planning on joining a triathlon club and obtain a license in 2026, please select "Demand in progress" in the registration form.

You can rent a wetsuit from our partner directly on NJUKO when you register.

• The suit will be available on race day at the Infinitri stand in the exhibitors' village.

• The single rental price is 45€.

• A deposit of €100 and the loan of your identity card will be required when you collect your wetsuit. The deposit and your ID card will be returned to you when the suit is returned.

• Sizes are different for men and women.

• Intermediate sizes are available to ensure that the suit fits you perfectly.

• In the event of cancellation, reimbursement of wetsuit hire is subject to the conditions set out in the cancellation pack. If you have not subscribed to the cancellation pack, you will not receive any refund.

• Wetsuits can be booked while stocks last (limited stock).

As drafting is permitted, the use of extenders on mountain bikes is forbidden.

It will be tolerated on Gravel bikes, provided that the extensions do not extend beyond the line created by the front-most points of the brake levers.

The XTERRA World Championship is an annual, invite-only event in which participants must qualify by winning age group slots at qualifying events.

Official qualification distances:

• Adults (20+): Full Distance

• Youth B (16-17) and Junior (18-19): Sprint Distance

• Youth A (14-15): Super Sprint

In short, being a volunteer at XTERRA Ardennes means creating memorable memories, exchanging and sharing, having various missions such as welcoming participants, managing registrations, being in charge of swimming safety, taking care of athletes' refreshments, managing course signs, running a bar, ensuring the good organization of a bike park, etc. Tasks that will be assigned to you according to your preferences, of course!
