XTERRA Japan Nenouekogen Long Distance Triathlon offers the longest distance among XTERRA formats. Less technical than physical it is the perfect choice for lovers of endurance off-road sports set in magnificent locations.

SWIM - 2000ｍ
4-lap 500m clockwise at Lake Nenoue

The swim starts and finishes at Lake Nenoue. Long distance and full distance swimmers will complete a 500m course in a clockwise direction. Light, junior, youth and kids swim a 200m course in a clockwise direction. After the swim there is a 100m run to T1.

The course starts and finishes at T1 in the park at Nenoue Plateau. Long distance, full distance, duathlon and MTB racers will complete a 12km bike course. This is a course where you can experience nature with a wide variety of tracks, from comfortable single tracks along the lakeside, to jeep double tracks, hill climbs and downhill courses.

Light, light duathlon, junior and youth racers will complete a 5km course. Kids will complete a 1km course. Although it is a short lap, it is a serious course.

Long distance, full distance and duathlon participants will complete a 8.5km course. Light, light duathlon, junior, youth and kids participants will complete a 1km course. They will run on single tracks along the lakeside, hill climbs and downhill courses, and finish by ringing the bell at Nenoue Plateau.

Registration notes:

  • A system registration fee will be added at the time of entry according to the rules of the entry system.

  • You will be required to submit a "Participation Pledge" when you receive your race kit.

  • Cancellation after payment is not accepted for any reason. (Including cancellation due to organizer's convenience)

  • We do not accept applications on the day of the event, so please enter the event within the application period.

  • Late entry：Please contact XTERRA JAPAN Management Office via email during the registration period.
