General Information:

  • Date & Time: August 31th at 8:30 AM

  • Location: Rancho Santa Elena, Hidalgo

  • Distances: 10K

Registration:

  • Deadline: Registration closes July 31th 2025.

  • Age Requirement: All ages welcome. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.

  • Identification: ID required for packet pick-up.

Race Day Schedule:

  • Start Race Formation: 7:20 AM

  • End Race Formation: 7:55 AM

  • Race Start: 8:30 AM

Race Rules:

  • Course: Marked routes on pavement.

  • Footwear: Comfortable athletic shoes recommended.

  • Race Number: Must be visible at all times.

  • Fun: Participants are encouraged to dress up and enjoy the festive atmosphere.

Safety:

  • Supervision: Parents or guardians must accompany children under 12 throughout the race.

  • Safety Personnel: There will be safety personnel and volunteers along the course to assist participants.

  • Hydration: Water stations will be available at key points along the course.

Conduct Rules:

  • Respect: Participants must behave respectfully towards other runners and event staff.

  • Cleanliness: No littering. Use the provided waste bins.

  • Disqualification: Unsportsmanlike conduct will result in disqualification.

Medical Support:

  • First Aid: Available at the start/finish area and along the course.

  • Emergency Protocols: In case of emergency, contact the nearest race official or aid station.

Additional Information:

  • Results: Preliminary results will be posted online within 24 hours of the race.

  • Awards Ceremony: 11:30 AM, In the Fun Run of Santa Elena, only those who complete the course will receive a finisher medal. Additionally, only the top three finishers in the men’s and women’s categories will be awarded podium medals.

  • Weather Policy: The race will proceed in any weather conditions, but the organizers reserve the right to modify or cancel the event in case of extreme conditions.
