From Outside Mexico: Fly into Mexico City International Airport (AICM) or Felipe Ángeles International Airport (AIFA). From there, rent a car or take a bus to Huasca de Ocampo, approximately a 2-hour drive.

From Mexico City: The most convenient way is by car. Take the México-Pachuca Highway (MX-85D), then follow signs to Huasca de Ocampo and Rancho Santa Elena (about 2 hours total).

If a competitor has paid their registration fee but, for any reason, cannot attend the event, no refunds will be issued. However, the paid registration can be used as credit for the following year's event.

To validate this option, the competitor must notify their absence in advance and follow the process established by the organization.

During this inaugural year, the 2025 XTERRA Santa Elena event will NOT be giving slots to the XTERRA World Championship triathlon.
