General Information:

  • Date & Time: Agoust 30th 2025 at Pendiente

  • Location: Rancho Santa Elena

  • Distance: 750M Swim, 16K Bike, 5K Run

Registration:

  • Deadline: Registration closes July 31th 2025

  • Age Requirement: Participants must be at least 14 years old.

  • Identification: Photo ID required for packet pick-up.

Race Day Schedule:

  • Transition Area Opens: Pendiente

  • Transition Area Closed: Pendiente

  • Race Briefing: Pendiente

  • Race Start: Pendiente

Swim Rules:

  • Course: 1.5K open water swim.

  • Wetsuits: Permitted if water temperature is below 24°C (75.2°F).

  • Swim Caps: Provided and must be worn.

Bike Rules:

  • Course: 32K bike on roads with aid stations every 15K.

  • Helmet: Mandatory at all times while on the bike.

  • Drafting: Not allowed. Maintain a distance of at least 10 meters from the cyclist in front.

  • Bike Check: All bikes must be checked and approved during the designated check-in times.

Run Rules:

  • Course: 10K trail run.

  • Aid Stations: Every 5K with water and energy drinks

  • Race Number: Must be visible on the front at all times.

Transition Rules:

  • Transition Area: Only athletes and officials allowed.

  • Equipment: All equipment must be placed in designated areas.

  • Time Limit: Strict time limits for transitions will be enforced.

Penalties and Disqualifications:

  • Penalties: 2-minute penalty for minor infractions (e.g., littering, improper equipment placement).

  • Disqualifications: Major infractions such as unsportsmanlike conduct, ignoring marshal instructions, or significant drafting violations will result in immediate disqualification.

Medical Support:

  • First Aid: Available at the start/finish area and at all aid stations.

  • Emergency Protocols: In case of emergency, contact the nearest race official or aid station.

Additional Information:

  • Results: Preliminary results will be posted online within 24 hours of the race.

  • Awards Ceremony: Pendiente

  • Weather Policy: The race will proceed rain or shine, but the organizers reserve the right to modify or cancel the event in case of severe weather.
