Athletes over the age of 14 (only Super Sprint race), 16 (only Sprint rRace) and 18 for the full are eligible to participate in the event.
In general, anyone can participate in our races: mothers, fathers, CEOs, teachers, surfers, cyclists ... anyone who has the passion of sport and nature.

To participate in XTERRA races in Italy, it is mandatory to hold either an annual triathlon license issued by a national triathlon federation or a daily license issued by FITRI (Italian Triathlon Federation).
There are several options:

1. The athlete holds an annual FITRI license or an annual triathlon license issued by a federation affiliated with World Triathlon.

2. The athlete is Italian but does not hold a FITRI annual license.
   Please visit myfitri.it, register, and follow the instructions to purchase a daily license.
   Please note: the license can only be issued upon presentation of a valid medical certificate for competitive Triathlon (this applies also to each relay team member). The procedure must be completed at least one week before the event.

3. The athlete is not Italian and does not have an annual triathlon license issued by their country’s national triathlon federation.
   In this case, a FITRI daily license must be purchased.

Cancellation of the inscription and/or retirement from the race: Up to 4 months before race day: 50% refund of the inscription’s fee. Up to 2 months before race day: 25% refund of the inscription’s fee after 2 months before the race no refund will be due.

It is not possible to transfer the registration from one athlete to another or to another race or year.

Yes, you can. A 2 to3 athlete team can compete as Team Relay only in FULL distance competition. Follow the registration procedure and add the name of the team in the specific space.
