Ready Set Go Adventures has a NO REFUND policy. Entry Fees are not refundable for any reason. This policy applies regardless of whether you become injured, have an unexpected family/business emergency, pregnancy, travel issues, etc. There are no exceptions. Any inquiry regarding this policy will be directed back to this statement.

Race Protection is available within registration and is an insurance policy provided by Allianz through TriReg.

RACE DEFERRAL - If you notify us at least 14 days prior to the event, you may defer your registration to 2025 for 30% of your original race registration fee.

To ensure the safest event for the participants and all involved, we reserve the right to cancel, delay, or modify the format of the event at anytime. Believe us, there would have to be much a foot – perhaps involving aliens or bigfoot sightings for us to cancel the event. In all seriousness, it would have to be a potentially DANGEROUS situation or one that would damage the park and trail system for the event to be canceled. In the unfortunate situation this is required, there is a no-refund policy in place, as the majority of the costs have already been incurred to host the event and when associated, we do not want to take away any contributions to our charities. We expect you to be disappointed if the event is canceled, as we will be, but we also hope you understand why a no-refund policy is in place.

Yes. We use timing with ankle chips. All athletes will receive 5 splits. Results will be emailed to all participants as well as posted online and on this website after the event.

Yes, the triathlon is sanctioned by the USAT and will observe all USAT rules. Everyone must have an annual membership ($60 for adult, $10 for youth (under 17)) or purchase a one day USAT license for $13 through the online race registration process.

Trail Runs are USA Track & Field Certified.

Historically, Wawayanda Lake temperature has varied 59 to 72 degrees at this time of year, so expect race to be wetsuit legal.

Yes, we’re including one of our much loved Super Soft Tri-Blend t-shirts featuring the XTERRA New Jersey logo for all participants. Only participants that are registered more than four weeks in advance are guaranteed a t-shirt and a t-shirt in the size that they requested. We do our best to guesstimate the number of participants based on early registration numbers and event history and we do sometimes run out. So register early!!

Yes - We're excited to announce that we've gained access to a fleet of Kayaks and Stand Up Paddleboards for the Paddle Triathlon. Make sure to order yours in the merchandise section of the registration page below race registration.

A Mountain Bike is required for this year's XTERRA New Jersey. There are rocky sections of the course which are not suitable for a Gravel Bike.

Yes. Marathon Trail Run Cutoffs are 3.5 hours (11:00 AM) to complete 13.3 Miles and 5.5 hours (1:00 PM) to complete 20 Miles. There is not a time cutoff for the Half Marathon, 11K or 5K Trail Runs.

All Multisport Racers must exit T2 to begin Trail Run by 12:00 PM.

Racers will not be permitted to continue if they miss these cutoffs.
