XTERRA Suzhou Yuyang Night Run

1. Age: Athletes must be 18 to 65 years old by the race date.

2. Health Condition

a) Please consider your physical fitness. Do not register for the event unless you can finish the race within the closing time. Safety first, the marshal or doctor has the right to suspend the athletes from the competition according to his/her physical condition, and the athletes shall not have any objection.

b) To participate in this event, please pay attention to your physical health condition. Please consider carefully. If you have the heart, blood vessels, diabetes and other aspects of medical records, do not hide your health condition and do not participate, otherwise, the participant should be responsible for any accidental that might happen during event. The event organizer shall not be held responsible.

TRANSPORTATION

1. Airport：Shanghai Hongqiao International Airport (SHA) （Need to take train from Shanghai Hongqiao Railway Station to Suzhou Station)

2. Railway Station：Suzhou Station

3.Self-driving：Since the roads near the main venue, XTERRA Yuyang Bay Outdoor Sports Center, will be closed on race day, it is recommended that participants drive to either of following 2 parking lots and walk to the main venue.

• P1 - The parking lot at the intersection of Jiaochang Road and Taihu Lake Ring Road, which is 1.4k away on foot from the main venue of the event.

• P2 - The Suzhou Taihu Golf Hotel, or Renaissance Suzhou Taihu Lake Hotel and Suzhou Taihu Marriott Hotel. About 500-900m away from the main venue.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLIC

1. All registrations are non-refundable after the specified cancellation dates. Registration is non-transferrable.

2. Athletes may be eligible for a partial refund of their entry fee (details below)

   1. Any requests received before 17:00, Apr. 5, 2026 will be eligible for an 80% refund of the price paid.

   2. Any requests received before 17:00, May 5, 2026 will be eligible for a 50% refund of the price paid.

   3. Athletes who wish to withdraw shall submit the refund by his/herself in XTERRA WeChat Mini-Program. Meanwhile, the athletes will lose their race qualification upon receiving the refund.

   4. Any requests received after that will NOT be eligible for a refund under any circumstance.

3. For athletes who are unable to participate for whatever the reason after the refund deadline, if they wish to receive the race kit, they should send an email to [email protected] within 7 days after the race before Jun. 13, 2026. The race kit will be sent via cash-on-delivery (COD) & that will only be available within mainland China.

4. After the refund period has passed, in case of the following special circumstances, athletes can send an email to [email protected] before the race start, stating the situation and providing corresponding supporting documents to apply for an event deferral. The event organizing committee will reply to the athletes within 5 working days to confirm whether their deferral request is approved. Any request after the race will not be accepted.

   1. Circumstance 1: If an athlete is unable to participate due to hospitalization, he/she should explain the situation in the email and attach a scanned copy of their hospital discharge summary or admission notice.

   2. Circumstance 2: If an athlete is unable to participate due to pregnancy, they should explain the situation in the email and attach their hospital medical records, as well as urine and blood test reports for verification.

   3. The relevant regulations regarding deferral are as follows:

      • Deferral is only applicable to the same category of the same event in the following year. If the entry fee increases, the athlete needs to pay the price difference.

      • The deferral is allowed only once, and no refund requests will be accepted after the deferral.

      • This does not applicable for athletes who register with a free entry.

Shuttle Bus from Metro Station to Event Main Venue

• Departure Location: Exit 4 (west side 50m) of Taihu Xiangshan Metro Station, Metro Line 5

• Schedule:

  • 10:00-14:00, Jun. 06, Shuttle every 60 minutes (during peak hours, departs once full).

  • 14:00-17:00, Jun. 06, Shuttle every 20 minutes (during peak hours, departs once full).

Return Shuttle Bus from Event Main Venue to Metro Station

• Departure Location: XTERRA Yuyang Bay Outdoor Sports Center

• Schedule: 20:30-22:15, Jun. 06, Shuttle departs once full.
