General Information:

Registration:

• Deadline: Registration closes Nomvember 8th 2024.

• Age Requirement: Participants must be between 5 and 12 years old

• Identification: A parent photo ID with the child's name is required to pick up the package.

Race Day Schedule:

• Race Start: 17:00 hrs

Race Rules:

• Footwear: Comfortable athletic shoes recommended.

• Race Number: Must be visible at all times.

• Heats: The race will be divided by category heats

  • 5-6 years

  • 7-8 years

  • 9-10 years

  • 11-12 years

Safety Rules:

• Supervision: Parents or guardians must remain in the event area for the duration of the race.

• Safety Personnel: There will be safety personnel and volunteers along the course to assist children.

• Hydration: Water stations will be available at key points along the course.

Penalties and Disqualifications:

• Penalties: 5-minute penalty for minor infractions (e.g., littering, not following the marked course).

• Disqualifications: Major infractions such as unsportsmanlike conduct, ignoring official instructions, or not carrying mandatory equipment will result in immediate disqualification.

Medical Support:

• First Aid: Available at the start/finish area and along the course.

• Emergency Protocols: In case of emergency, contact the nearest race official or aid station.

Additional Information:

• Results: Preliminary results will be posted online within 24 hours of the race.

• Awards Ceremony: 17:00 - 21:00 hrs at Cabo Sports Complex.

• Weather Policy: The race will proceed in any weather conditions, but the organizers reserve the right to modify or cancel the event in case of extreme conditions.
