CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation by Participant:
If a participant wishes to cancel their registration for the trail event, they must notify the event organizers in writing via email or through the official registration platform.
Refunds will be provided according to the following schedule:
Cancellation more than 100 days before the event: Full refund minus a processing fee.
Cancellation less than 100 days before the event: No refund will be provided.
Cancellation by Event Organizers:
In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather conditions, natural disasters, or any other situation beyond the control of the organizers, the event may be canceled or postponed.
If the event is canceled by the organizers, participants will be notified as soon as possible, and efforts will be made to reschedule the event.
If rescheduling is not possible, participants will be offered the option to transfer their registration to a future event, taking into account any unrecoverable costs incurred by the organizers.
Transfers and Substitutions:
Participants may transfer their registration to another individual or defer their entry to a future event, subject to approval by the event organizers and any applicable transfer fees.
Force Majeure:
The event organizers shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform any obligation under this agreement if the delay or failure is caused by any circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government action, or natural disasters.
By registering for the trail event, participants agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this cancellation policy.
