Mandatory gear
For safety reasons and to ensure the smooth running of each race, competitors must have the complete list of mandatory equipment listed below. It is important to know that each athlete must adapt it to their own abilities. Prefer clothing that truly protects against the cold, wind, and snow in the mountains, thus ensuring greater safety and consequently better performance.
Backpack containing:
• Waterproof windbreaker
• Thermal blanket
• Elastic adhesive band suitable for bandaging or strapping
• Whistle
• Personal cup or wide-necked water bottle
• Water reserve (minimum 500 ml)
• Food reserve
• Cell phone with the organizer's SOS number stored
The race bib must be worn in full view at all times.
The use of poles is optional.
Shoes in good condition with well-marked soles are required (for Skyrunning or Trail running).
The organization will communicate any changes to the mandatory clothing requirements based on weather conditions, including whether or not additional protective equipment is required.
