Families and nature lovers can also take part in the Appalachian Trail Fest Family Hike & Scavenger Hunt, a guided adventure through the beautiful Oak Mountain trails, where kids and adults alike can explore nature, solve clues, and discover hidden treasures along the way.

Participation is included with paid admission to Oak Mountain State Park upon entry, with fees of $5 for adults, $2 for children 12 and under, and $2 for seniors 62 and above.
