What is the best way to travel there?

We are in the middle of Italy. You can arrive by train from Rome or Pescara and get off at the Celano - Ovindoli station. Then you can take the bus to get to the center of Ovindoli.
If you travel by car, you can get on the highway to the Aielli - Celano exit and then reach Ovindoli.
Can I register for the event only online?

Yes, all registrations must go through the portal indicated on the website and in the competition rules.
What is the cancellation policy?

Cancellation by Participant
If a participant wishes to cancel their registration for the trail event, they must notify the event organizers in writing via email or through the official registration platform.
Refunds will be provided according to the following schedule:
Cancellation more than 4 months before the event: 50% refund of the registration fee.
Up to 2 months before the event: 25% refund of the registration fee.
Cancellation less than 2 months before the event: No refund will be provided.
Cancellation by Event Organizers
In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather conditions, natural disasters, or any other situation beyond the control of the organizers, the event may be canceled or postponed.
If the event is canceled by the organizers, participants will be notified as soon as possible, and efforts will be made to reschedule the event.
If rescheduling is not possible, participants will be offered the option to transfer their registration to a future event.
Transfers and Substitutions
Participants may transfer their registration to another individual or defer their entry to a future event, subject to approval by the event organizers and any applicable transfer fees.
Force Majeure
The event organizers shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform any obligation under this agreement if the delay or failure is caused by any circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government action, or natural disasters.
By registering for the trail event, participants agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this cancellation policy.
