XTERRA Portland Sprint Triathlon, with its shorter distances and less technical courses, is the ideal off-road triathlon race for first timers, young guns and those who are looking to go fast and finish quick. This event will be the XTERRA Youth Championship qualifier for the Youth B and Junior Divisions.

Can I use a gravel bike?
For the XTERRA Portland Full Triathlon, Sprint Triathlon and the Duathlon, a mountain bike is required, no gravel bike. For the Super Sprint event, all bikes are welcome (except electric bikes), but note that the bike course is mostly on trails.
