The Full Distance Triathlon starts at Lac Delage, with a two-loop 1.5K swim in clear open water, transitioning to a 31K MTB ride through the flowing singletrack and steady climbs of the Empire 47 trail network. The 11K run begins smoothly, rises into short climbs near 190 meters, and drops back toward the lake for the final stretch. Age groupers and elites share the same terrain and forest-covered routes on a course that has grown from hand-built trails into a signature venue on the XTERRA World Tour and World Cup calendar.
